Calling Kathy was the best decision we made in regard to selling our house. She is the real deal, cash in hand. We had so many middlemen that had to find investors with cash in hand. Finding Kathy was a blessing. You don’t have to go through all that with her. I would definitely use her again in the future. So yes, I highly recommend calling Kathy if you want or need to sell your house.

After our brother passed away we had contacted a few cash buyers and decided to go with Kathy. We made the BEST decision. There were many moving parts and 6 siblings that would need to be dealt with. She showed lots of patience as we ran into a few hiccups gathering all the needed information in order to close, but in the end we closed 4 months later. She was always a phone call or text away if a question arose and easy to work with. If the need every arises again, I would definitely use/recommend her!
